Director, School Counseling Graduate Program: Current Director of the school counseling graduate program at San Diego State University. Teach courses in Prevention and Intervention, Educational Research Methods, Program Evaulation, Professional Seminar and Fieldwork.
Administrator: Experienced high school administrator over guidance and central office administrator over school counseling programs for 32 schools and 75 school counselors.
School Counselor: Experienced school counselor at all levels K-12.
State and National Leader: Past president of the state school counseling association and former vice president of the American School Counseling Association (ASCA). Held many offices on the governing boards of several professional organizations.

McDaniel Hall of Fame Award for outstanding lifetime achievement in the field of school counseling, Administrator of the Year by the American School Counselor Association and the Golden Bell Award by the California School Boards Association.
